Terms and Conditions for Returns

In this document the customer is referred to as “you” or “your” and Washtech Limited as “we” ”our” or “us”.

• These terms are to be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Supply (washtech.co.nz/pages/terms-of-supply), with any expressly agreed contract terms and with our currently applying Warranty Policy (washtech.co.nz/pages/warranty). By agreeing to this Returns Policy, you are also reiterating your acknowledgement of the terms and conditions that applied to your purchase of goods.
• If you wish to return any goods, they must be accompanied by an RMA in our current form
• You must request an RMA within seven days for any goods damaged in transit.
• If you wish to return any goods that were incorrectly sent or faulty, you must request an RMA within 14 days. All returns will be assessed upon return, and a restocking fee of at least 15% of the purchase price will apply if no fault or error is found.
• We have no obligation to accept a return if the goods are not faulty, however we may at our complete discretion agree to do so for any goods which were incorrectly ordered or are no longer required by you. In such event, you must request an RMA within 14 days and a restocking fee of at least 15% of the purchase price will apply unless otherwise agreed by Washtech.
